Overview
In a world where people with superhuman abilities face discrimination and poverty, Connor Reed, a construction worker with electrical powers, struggles to pay for treatment for his seriously ill mother. Desperate for money, he becomes involved with a criminal group and uses his abilities for increasingly dangerous crimes, bringing him into conflict with an oppressive police force.
