Overview
Duncan Vizla, known as the "Black Kaiser," is one of the world's deadliest assassins. As he approaches mandatory retirement, his former employer marks him for elimination to avoid paying his pension. Forced back into action, Duncan wages a brutal war against a squad of younger killers while trying to protect an innocent woman caught in the crossfire.
