Overview
At the prestigious Welton Academy in 1959, English teacher John Keating inspires his students to think independently, appreciate poetry, and seize the day. Through his unconventional teaching methods, the boys revive the secret "Dead Poets Society," discovering the courage to pursue their dreams while confronting the strict expectations of family and school.
