Overview
A retired police commissioner recalls the most extraordinary case of his career. On an otherwise ordinary Wednesday in Mumbai, an anonymous caller threatens to detonate several bombs across the city unless four imprisoned terrorists are released. The police race against time to locate the bombs and identify the mysterious caller, while the commissioner is forced to confront an impossible moral dilemma.
