Overview
In the imagined metropolis of New Rome, visionary architect Cesar Catilina dreams of rebuilding society into a utopian future using a revolutionary material. His ambitions put him in direct conflict with the city's conservative mayor, Franklyn Cicero. As political power, personal relationships, and competing visions of civilization collide, Julia Cicero must choose between loyalty to her father and belief in Cesar's idealistic future.
