Overview
Set in Oregon during the Great Depression in 1933, Samuel Murphy is separated from his young daughter and imprisoned in a brutal labor camp after the death of his wife. The ruthless camp overseer offers him a chance at freedom if he joins a dangerous expedition to smuggle gold across unforgiving wilderness. As betrayal and deadly obstacles mount, Samuel must decide how far he is willing to go to reunite with his daughter.
